Newcore Gold Launches $5 Million Financing Plan

Newcore Gold (TSE:NCAU) has released an update.

Newcore Gold Ltd. has announced an initiative to raise $5 million through a non-brokered private placement of over 17 million units at $0.29 each, aiming to fund its Enchi Gold Project in Ghana and for general corporate purposes. The offering includes a half warrant per unit, allowing additional share purchase at $0.40 within 12 months. Slated to close by September 26, 2024, it excludes the U.S. market and comes without a hold period under Canadian law.
