Newcore Gold Ltd. has increased its private placement financing to $5.5 million, offering units at $0.29 each to fund its Enchi Gold Project in Ghana and general corporate purposes. The financing, which is exempt from a hold period, includes a common share and half a warrant per unit, allowing additional share purchase at $0.40 within 12 months.
