Newborn Town Inc. has announced the grant of 659,668 restricted share units (RSUs) to four grantees under its Employee RSU Scheme, representing about 0.06% of its issued share capital and valued at approximately HK$2.53 million. The grant, issued on May 21, 2024, will not dilute existing shareholders’ stakes as no new shares will be issued, and the RSUs are set to vest over three and a half years following the Board’s conditions.
