Newborn Town Inc. Enhances Its RSU Schemes

Newborn Town Inc. (HK:9911) has released an update.

Newborn Town Inc. has announced amendments to its RSU Award Scheme and Employee RSU Scheme, allowing withheld shares used to cover tax obligations to be reutilized for future RSU exercises. This change, approved by the company’s board, is designed not to affect existing participants’ rights nor require shareholder approval, as no new shares will be issued under the updated schemes.
