Newborn Town Inc. has announced a reshuffle in its corporate structure, with Mr. AU-YEUNG Wai Ki resigning from his roles as company secretary and authorized representative, effective 31 July 2024. Mr. SONG Pengliang will take over as the sole company secretary, while continuing his strategic and capital planning responsibilities within the company. Legal firm Haiwen & Partners LLP will step in as the new process agent starting 1 August 2024.
