Newborn Town Inc. has announced an amendment to their Management RSU Scheme, allowing withheld shares used to cover personal income tax obligations of participants to be reutilized. The amendment, which does not affect existing participant rights or shareholder interests, enables these shares to be transferable again for the exercise of RSUs, without issuing new shares or requiring shareholder approval.
