New Zealand Energy (TSE:NZ) has released an update.
New Zealand Energy Corp. has successfully closed a $5 million private placement, issuing over 6.6 million common shares, with the net proceeds earmarked for the advancement of several key oil fields and general corporate purposes. New director appointments followed the closure, including Mr. Robert Bose from Charlestown Energy Partners, who subscribed to a significant share of the placement. The transaction included related party transactions and a finder’s fee to Auctus Advisors LLP, with all securities subject to a hold period until September 2024.
