New Zealand Energy Corp. has announced that while it aims to be ‘dividend oriented’ and plans to return at least 50% of free cashflow to shareholders, it has not yet formalized a dividend policy. The company stated that if a formal policy is adopted, details including the commencement date and timing for declaring dividends will be released. However, there is no certainty that a dividend policy will be established soon or at all.
