New Zealand Energy Corp. is set to raise up to C$948,275 through a non-brokered private placement of common shares to fund the Tariki field advancements, general expenses, and working capital. The initial closing of the shares, priced at C$0.85 each, is expected around October 15, 2024, with the offering to close within 45 days, pending regulatory approvals.
