Director Michael Haynes of New World Resources Limited has increased his indirect shareholding through on-market purchases, acquiring a total of 1,500,000 ordinary shares at $0.019 per share, resulting in a new total of 52,354,806 shares and maintaining his 19,750,000 options. These transactions, which occurred on the 2nd and 5th of August 2024, demonstrate a strengthening of Haynes’s investment in the company.
