New Universe Environmental Group Limited has announced the appointment of Ms. XIANG Ling as an independent non-executive Director and member of the audit, nomination, and remuneration committees, effective from 1 October 2024. Additionally, executive Director Mr. XI Yu will become the chairman of the Nomination Committee after Mr. YUEN Kim Hung’s resignation on 9 October 2024. Ms. XIANG, with a robust background in international trade and business administration, satisfies all independence requirements for the role.
