New Times Corporation Limited, previously known as New Times Energy Corporation Limited, has announced changes to its board of directors and committees effective from 29 August 2024. The board is composed of executive and non-executive directors, including four independent non-executive directors, with Mr. CHENG, Kam Chiu Stewart serving as Chairman. Committee memberships have also been updated, with directors taking on roles across the Audit, Remuneration, Nomination, and Executive committees.
