New Talisman Director Ups Shareholding

New Talisman Gold Mines Limited (AU:NTL) has released an update.

John Upperton, a director at New Talisman Gold Mines Ltd, has increased his stake in the company by acquiring 1,811,667 Ordinary Shares at a total value of NZ$32,610, resulting in a new holding of 12,000,000 shares. The transaction, dated 2 August 2024, was part of an allotment under a Rights Offer, and did not occur during a closed period requiring prior written clearance.
