Superannuation and Investments HoldCo Pty Ltd has emerged as a substantial holder in Autosports Group Limited, boasting a 5.57% voting power with 11,190,091 fully paid ordinary shares. The relevant interest is mainly through Colonial First State Investments Limited, which has control over voting and disposal of the shares in its capacity as a responsible entity of a managed investment scheme.
