New Silkroutes Group Limited has announced the dissolution of three dormant subsidiaries, which is not expected to significantly affect the Group’s consolidated earnings or net tangible assets for the financial year ending June 30, 2024. This action is part of corporate restructuring and has no direct or indirect impact on the Directors or controlling shareholders’ interests in the Company.
