New Silkroutes Group Limited has announced that their independent auditor, Baker Tilly TFW LLP, will not seek reappointment after the next annual general meeting scheduled for September 4, 2024. The company has begun searching for a replacement within the next three months, in compliance with relevant regulations. Shareholders have been assured there are no concerning issues related to the auditor’s retirement, and further updates will follow.
