At the New Jersey Resources Corporation Annual Meeting held on January 24, 2024, a quorum was established with 85,223,530 shares represented. Shareowners re-elected four directors to the Board for a three-year term expiring in 2027, with the Board subsequently reduced to 10 members following a director’s retirement. Additionally, a non-binding advisory resolution on executive compensation was approved, and Deloitte & Touche LLP was ratified as the independent accounting firm for the fiscal year ending September 30, 2024.
