New Horizon Health Limited has announced significant changes to its leadership team, including the resignation of Prof. Hong Wu as an independent non-executive Director due to personal health reasons, and the appointment of Ms. Jiangnan Kong in multiple roles, effective from October 1, 2024. Ms. Kong, with a strong legal and business background, steps in as an independent non-executive Director and takes charge of the Remuneration and Nomination Committees. The company has also highlighted the continued suspension of trading.
