New Found Gold Corp. has finalized the acquisition of Labrador Gold Corp.’s Kingsway Project in Gander, Newfoundland and Labrador, significantly expanding their assets. The deal was cemented with the issuance of over 5 million New Found common shares to LabGold. This strategic acquisition complements New Found’s existing Queensway Project, enhancing the company’s position in a resource-rich region.
