On November 21, 2025, Texas Critical Data Centers LLC, a joint venture between New Era Energy & Digital Inc. and Sharon AI, Inc., signed a purchase agreement to acquire an additional 203 acres in Ector County, Texas, expanding their development footprint to 438 acres. This expansion aims to support a multi-phase, multi-gigawatt AI and high-performance computing campus, strategically positioned to meet the growing demand for AI and GPU-intensive workloads. The project is expected to generate long-term revenue through data-center leases and power sales, while also promoting high-tech job creation and investment in the digital and energy infrastructure sectors in the western United States.
