New England Realty Associates Partnershi ( (NEN) ) has issued an announcement.
New England Realty Associates Limited Partnership, through its subsidiary Hill Estates NERA, LLC, has secured a $67.5 million loan from KeyBank National Association to fund the acquisition of Hill Estates properties in Belmont, Massachusetts. On June 18, 2025, the acquisition was completed for a total of $175 million, expanding the company’s portfolio to nearly 6,000 residential units in Greater Boston. The Hamilton Company, which announced the acquisition, plans to manage the properties and make significant capital improvements, while marketing off-site commercial properties separately.
