New Energy Metals Corp. has announced the successful final acceptance of their share consolidation by the TSX Venture Exchange. Starting March 25, 2024, the company’s common shares will trade on a reduced basis from over 35 million to approximately 3.58 million shares. Shareholders will receive instructions on exchanging their shares, with adjustments made to outstanding convertible instruments.
