Add New Energy Investment Holdings Group Limited has announced a further delay in dispatching the circular related to their substantial disposal of an iron mine, now rescheduled for on or before July 19, 2024. Additionally, the company has entered into a supplemental agreement to extend the completion period of the Assets Transfer Agreement from 60 to 90 days due to the need for additional time to finalize the circular.
