New Concepts Holdings Limited has announced a proposal to double its authorised share capital from HK$200 million to HK$400 million, creating an additional 2 billion shares to support future fundraising and growth. The proposal will be put to a vote at the annual general meeting scheduled for August 16, 2024. If approved by shareholders, the new shares will have the same rights as the existing ones.
