New Concepts Holdings Limited has announced that its subsidiary has entered into finance leases in 2022 and 2024 with a lessor, involving the transfer and leaseback of assets worth tens of millions of RMB. The agreements ensure the subsidiary’s use of the assets for five years, with lease payments including principal and interest to be made monthly over the lease period. The transactions were conducted at arm’s length and are aimed at optimizing the company’s asset management.
