New Concepts Holdings Ltd ( (HK:2221) ) has provided an announcement.

New Concepts Holdings Limited is moving further into the environmental technology and waste-management segment, leveraging its wholly owned subsidiary Nanjing Yisheng Environmental Technology to operate an urban biomass biorefining and carbon sequestration project in Haimen District, Nantong City, Jiangsu Province. The project centers on food waste recycling and utilization, aiming to transform waste into commercially viable outputs while supporting China’s push toward a circular economy.

The company has committed to invest USD3.6 million to establish and operate a facility designed to process 200 tons of food waste per day, under a service operating agreement awarded via public tender. Nanjing Yisheng will bear all investment, construction, operation, and maintenance risks, and will monetize outputs such as used cooking oil, organic solid material and biologically derived carbon sources, while the local urban management bureau is exempt from disposal fees, signalling a potentially scalable, supplier-driven model with both environmental and economic upside for stakeholders.

The most recent analyst rating on (HK:2221) stock is a Hold with a HK$0.94 price target. To see the full list of analyst forecasts on New Concepts Holdings Ltd stock, see the HK:2221 Stock Forecast page.
