New Century Group Hong Kong Limited has announced its upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM) to be held on September 24, 2024, where it will present the audited financial statements and seek approval for the re-election of directors and remuneration policies. Shareholders will also vote on authorizing the directors to allot shares and deal with company share capital, with a cap on allotment not exceeding 20% of the company’s issued share capital.
