New Century Group Hong Kong Limited has announced a new loan agreement through its subsidiary, ETC Finance, to provide a HK$5.8 million mortgage loan to a customer. This new loan, with a 10% annual interest rate over 180 months, replaces part of an existing HK$4 million loan, and is backed by a residential property in Tseung Kwan O valued at HK$10 million. The transaction is classified as discloseable under Hong Kong’s listing rules due to its size.
