China Automotive Interior Decoration Holdings Limited has announced the resignation of Elite Partners CPA Limited as its auditors due to resource constraints and a regulatory decision in China, simultaneously appointing Infinity CPA Limited effective from 2 September 2024. The Board and Audit Committee believe Infinity CPA Limited will maintain the quality of audit work and is appropriate for the Group’s scale. Additionally, the company’s shares will continue to be suspended from trading on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange until further notice.
