New Age Metals Inc. announces the consolidation of its common shares with a four-to-one share ratio, effective August 26, 2024, as approved by its board of directors without the need for shareholder approval. The company is also advancing its green metal projects with significant exploration and development activities in North America, including a major lithium project in partnership with Mineral Resources Ltd.
