Nevada Sunrise Metals Corp. has entered into a preliminary agreement to sell its 18.74% stake in the Kinsley Mountain Gold Project to CopAur Minerals Inc., which will grant CopAur full ownership. The deal includes a payment of CDN$475,000 and 1,000,000 CopAur common shares to Nevada Sunrise, subject to certain conditions such as due diligence, financing, and regulatory approval. Kinsley Mountain is a historic gold mining site in Nevada with a substantial mineral resource.
