Nevada Sunrise Divests Stake in Gold Project

Nevada Sunrise Gold (TSE:NEV) has released an update.

Nevada Sunrise Metals Corp. has successfully completed the sale of its 18.74% stake in the Kinsley Mountain Gold Project to CopAur Minerals Inc., receiving CAD$475,000 in cash and 1 million common shares of CopAur. The transaction not only bolsters Nevada Sunrise’s assets with a significant cash infusion and equity interest in CopAur but also allows the company to focus on its primary lithium and copper exploration endeavors in Nevada and Saskatchewan.
