Nevada Organic Phosphate’s Half-Million Dollar Raise

Silver Eagle Mines Inc. (TSE:NOP) has released an update.

Nevada Organic Phosphate Inc. is set to raise up to $500,000 through a non-brokered private placement of 10 million units, with each unit comprising a share and a warrant. Investors holding warrants will have the option to purchase additional shares at a set price over a five-year period. The funds raised will support the development of the company’s Murdock Property and provide general working capital.
