Nevada Organic Phosphate Secures $164K in Funding

Silver Eagle Mines Inc. (TSE:NOP) has released an update.

Nevada Organic Phosphate Inc., a company focused on organic phosphate exploration in Nevada, has successfully completed the initial tranche of its private placement, raising $164,000. The funds are to be allocated towards the development of the Murdock Property and general corporate purposes. The offering included over 3 million units, each comprising a share and a warrant, with the latter allowing purchase of additional shares over the next five years.
