Nevada Lithium Resources Inc. is set to raise C$6 million through a non-brokered private placement, aiming to fund the expansion of their Bonnie Claire Lithium project and for corporate purposes. Each unit sold will include a share and a warrant, with the project poised as one of North America’s largest lithium resources.
