Neusoft Education Technology Co. Limited is expanding its footprint in the High-tech Industrial Zone of Dalian City, Liaoning Province, with the successful acquisition of land use rights for two parcels through public auction. The land, costing over RMB 266 million, will be used for the development of a new campus and the Neuedu Healthcare Technology Park aimed at fusing education, technology, and healthcare. These acquisitions are classified as discloseable transactions and will proceed without the need for shareholder approval.
