Neurotech International Ltd has announced that Merchant Funds Management and its associated entities are no longer substantial holders as of September 2024, after a series of on-market transactions and an investment management agreement assignment. These moves included both buying and selling significant quantities of Neurotech’s shares, highlighted by a final large-scale sale of over 26 million shares, which resulted in Merchant Biotech Fund’s investment management being transferred to Biotech Capital Management.
