Robert Maxwell Johnston, a director of Neurotech International Limited, has increased his indirect interest in the company through an entity related to him, acquiring an additional 1,000,000 unlisted options at $0.16 each, with an expiry date of 24th April 2026. This transaction follows Resolution 1 from the General Meeting on 9th August 2024 and was not conducted during a closed period requiring prior written clearance.
