Neuronetics, Inc. is set to acquire Greenbrook TMS Inc. in an all-stock transaction, with the Ontario Superior Court of Justice granting an interim order for a shareholder meeting to discuss the arrangement. Post-merger, the current shareholders of Neuronetics and Greenbrook are expected to own approximately 57% and 43% of the combined entity, respectively. Both companies’ boards have unanimously recommended their shareholders to vote in favor of the merger.
