Neturen Co., Ltd. has announced the completion of its treasury stock purchase, acquiring 278,500 common shares during August 2024 for a total cost of 283,534,600 yen. The purchase is part of a larger plan approved by the board on May 9, 2024, which allows for buying up to 2,500,000 shares by the end of March 2025. As of August 31, 2024, the company has bought 858,000 shares, spending 922,275,700 yen.
