Neturen Co., Ltd. has completed a phase of its treasury share buyback program, acquiring 261,100 common shares for a total cost of 291,228,500 yen through market purchases on the Tokyo Stock Exchange. This buyback, conducted in July 2024, is part of a larger plan approved by the Board of Directors allowing for the purchase of up to 2,500,000 shares, representing 6.91% of outstanding shares, with a budget ceiling of 2 billion yen by March 2025.
