NetScientific’s EMV Capital Announces £1.5M Fundraising Effort

NetScientific (GB:EMVC) has released an update.

EMV Capital plc is launching a retail offer through the Winterflood Retail Access Platform, aiming to raise up to £620,000 by issuing new ordinary shares at £0.50 each. This initiative, combined with a direct subscription offer to raise an additional £880,000, seeks to gather approximately £1.5 million in total, reflecting a 15% premium over the recent market price. Interested shareholders must act quickly as the offer closes on December 4, 2024.
