NetScientific (GB:NSCI) has released an update.
NetScientific plc, a deep tech and life sciences venture capital investment group, disclosed that Executive Director Mr. Ed Hooper has purchased 20,000 ordinary shares in the company through his Self-Invested Personal Pension (SIPP). Following this transaction, Hooper’s interest in the company has increased to 109,000 Ordinary Shares, amounting to 0.46% of NetScientific’s total issued share capital. NetScientific aims to drive shareholder returns through active management of its portfolio and strategic investments in high-growth UK and international companies.
