NetMedia Group (ALNMG) successfully raised approximately €940K through a capital increase, with the company’s shareholders fully subscribing to the new shares, resulting in a total of 24,727,976 new shares issued. This move is aimed at strengthening NetMedia Group’s equity, with the new shares scheduled for trading on the Euronext Growth market in Paris. Shareholders who did not participate in the capital increase will experience a 6.9% dilution of their holdings.
