NetMedia Group has announced a share consolidation of 1 new share for every 100 old shares to align stock market prices with market standards and reduce share volatility. The consolidation process will start on July 29, 2024, with the new shares beginning to trade on August 29, 2024. Shareholders will be automatically allocated new shares, and those with fractional shares will be compensated after August 28.
