Netgear Welcomes Laura Orvidas to Board and Committees

Netgear (NTGR) just unveiled an update.

NETGEAR, Inc. has announced the appointment of Laura Orvidas to its Board of Directors and to its Compensation and Talent, and Cybersecurity Committees. Orvidas, whose selection involved no external arrangements, was granted 11,150 restricted stock units vesting at the 2025 Annual Meeting, conditional on her continued service. NETGEAR has also provided Orvidas with a standard Indemnification Agreement for directors.
