Netcapital Inc. shareholders approved two major proposals in a recent Special Meeting. The first proposal sanctioned the issuance of common stock and warrants as part of the company’s December 2023 public offering, aligning with Nasdaq regulations. A second proposal permitted the adjournment of the Special Meeting to gather additional proxies if necessary to pass proposals. Both measures received a majority of votes, reflecting shareholder support for the company’s strategic financing decisions.
