Netcall PLC has issued 130,321 new shares following the exercise of employee share options, with Non-Executive Director Michael Jackson selling 175,000 shares at an average price of 83.53 pence. This transaction reduces Jackson’s holdings to 1,571,450 shares, representing 0.95% of the company’s capital. The newly issued shares are set to commence trading on AIM on October 30, 2024.
