The deal, valued at up to €8.7 million plus the assumption of €1.1 million in net debt, promises immediate earnings benefits and significant cross-selling opportunities. Parble’s advanced technology has already processed over 58 million documents, driving substantial efficiency gains for its clients in industries where compliance and accuracy are crucial.
