Net Insight is expanding its Nimbra portfolio, which underpins live media workflows for global broadcasters and content owners, with a stronger focus on system-level intelligence and service orchestration across multi-domain IP and cloud networks. The company’s open, standards-based solutions are designed to integrate into multi-vendor ecosystems while supporting all major industry standards and cloud platforms.
The company unveiled the latest evolution of Nimbra Edge, an orchestration and control layer built to manage live media services across complex, multi-network environments and showcased as part of its Nimbra Live Intelligence suite at NAB Show 2026. By shifting control from individual devices to system-level automation, Nimbra Edge aims to reduce operational incidents, lower total cost of ownership and help broadcasters and service providers, such as Globecast, scale live operations more predictably across hybrid IP, satellite and cloud infrastructures.
